Once Again: Kina Bank Vision CIty Branch is the Fastest Bank Service Centre in Melanesia
Yes, I say in Melanesia, this particular branch office is the fastest because I have travelled to almost all Melanesian countries, except Bougainville and Kanaky. I have travelled to other Melanesian countries: West Papua, Papua New Guinea, Solomon Islands, Fiji and Vanuatu, and I have also happen to get to Bank for various transaction purposes. And from these experiences, I can confidently declare that Kina Bank Vision City Branch Office is the fastest service centre for banking in Melanesia.
Today, I just visited the office again. This time, I wanted three things: (1) To request a New Visa Debit Card for one of my accounts; (2) To request the opening of Online Banking for my company PAPUAmart.com LTD and (3) to request CellMoni Kina Bank Account.
Numbers one and two were finalized within minutes, if not seconds, because this time a miracle happened, the boss of the branch office at Vision City actually invited me to serve me with my needs. This is how it happened, "I entered the office and lined up for customer service section, and waited for sometime, maybe an hour". I saw the boss was going out and coming in. He was certainly busy service some customers.
After getting into the office, he then opened the door. And, surely I did not know him, and I was not lining up to meet him, therefore, I sat there without glancing at him, facing towards the customer service, and his office door was right at my left-back side.
He actually talked to me, asking me what services I wanted, but in some seconds I chose not to reply, because I knew well that I was not waiting for the boss, but for customer service. But then he spoke again, "Yes, come, how can I help you?"
I did not answer him for some seconds, because I was busy thinking about what made him invite me to his office. I realized that I did say something, some kind of prayer, so that my walk to the bank and come back be guided and protected. And in fact this was the outcome of my request, and also in some respect my command to my guardian angels.
Surely, I got VIP service. Mind you, the whole operations here are fast, but now become fastest, because the boss quickly and smoothly helped me issuing my Visa Debit Card and registered my Online / Internet Banking for my company.
I am back home here, typing this Good News.
My purpose of writing this note is that I invite those of you out there, who want to do banking activities, please flood into Kina Bank Vision City Branch. I will proof to you, in PNG or across Melanesia, that this is the fastest bank office across Melanesia.
Definitely, I know the fastest in the world is Hong Kong, maybe fastest in all areas of services, but particularly banking services in Hong Kong is the fastest worldwide. But for Melanesia, Kina Bank Vision City Branch is the one to come and proof it yourself. Robert Oeka says, "Yu yet kam na lukim", so mi yet tok-tok seim kain, "Yu yet kam na prufim!"
PS: I am sorry, I actually thought about taking picture of both of us in his office, but then I thought it was ethically impolite so I kept the thought myself and it is with me now here.

God's System is WANTOK System, My System is Wantok System Too
Intro
The Reality
I want to make a bold and clear statement to those haters of "Wantok System" that
- Wantok System is God created system, as it is used to run our daily lives. Therefore, those who want to run other than life should not think or speak against God-created system, therefore we call it "Godly System". Therefore, those who are against Wantok System are un-Godly minded people, who love human made system to operate in their lives.
- Wantok System is God's own system in running His Kingdom today and tomorrow. The first and fundamental principle is that God operates based on relations, not merits. Modern mind and system operate based on merits, whereas God operates on relations. Operations based on merits aimed at optimizing productivity. The end result of productivity is maximizing profit. The profit here is material profit, bodily economic gains, and earthly pleasure.
This is why human beings are called "human resources". Human beings are not treated as God's created being in His own image.
God does not see and treat human beings as resources. He sees and treats us as His own sons and daughters. And in this relation, what He wants to see as an end product is our submission to His power and authority, to glorify His name. Merit is the keyword in modern mind, but relation is the keyword in God's mind. - Wantok System operates not to bring economic or capital benefits. Wantok System the others around us as fellow human beings, as brothers, sisters, uncles, fathers, mothers, grandparents, leaders. Other people are not those you can use to gain financial benefits,
Yes, there is ego in play in community, but the ego in Wantok System is reflected to collective ego, start communally. Even thought this can be acted individually, but the end result is mostly expected towards collective interests, needs and wants. It is not possible to separate "I or Me" from "We or Us". Likewise, we don't appreciate and value individuals as singular, but within collective values and identities.
Takeaways
- That Wantok System and Modern System cannot be conflicted, or compared, because they are separate and different operating systems to run human lives;
- The function and use of Wantok System is for running life, and the function and use of modern system is for running activities to generate income, financial income.
- That I am here to defend Wantok System at any cost, for the sake of humanity, particularly for Melanesia-hood, because I know that hating Wantok System is very closely related to hating Melanesian peoples (individuals and groups)

Homosexuals Have No Place in Melanesian PNG
By: Tabe Jugari TJ
Not long ago during our fathers' days, the males were secluded to certain functions and rituals in the society. The same applied for the womenfolk. Men were trained and tested to be strong, both physically emotionally. The males lived in the men's house and were restricted from visiting the women's house except for the married men to visit their wives for mating purposes.
There was a strong division between the two sexes, physically and emotionally, as well as their respective tribal and family responsibilities. In the men's house, core values of manhood were passed down from the elderlies to young ones, including the duty to carry on the generation. And that is how our race was brought forward for thousand years to date. For generations, there has never been a gay, girlish guy, or any sort of 'in-between' humans that existed among men. One was define from birth as either male or female, and they automatically inherited their respective functions in the society as they grew older. One of men's primary function was to reproduce and preserve this race that we now identify ourselves as Papua New Guineans.
But today, maybe because of the climate change (as some call it), or for some scientific reasons, we somehow have these 'half-male-half-female persons', 'female trapped in male body' , or what you call homosexual or 'gays' born into our society.
And the society seems to be cool with it. Not long ago, the former member for Sumkar, this white fellow Ken Fairweather once pushed for a same sex legislation in Parliament but was rejected by many.
I'd like to think that homosexuality amongst others (natural law, Christian principles, legally etc), is a violation of our Melenasian culture. Our race was not preserved for many years by the practice of homosexuality. Rather, our core values and principles of manhood, our foremost duty to reproduce had brought us this far, and now we have 8 million of our kind living on this land.
I think homosexual should be condemned in PNG, even to an extent where those practicing it must be harassed and threatened. I don't think stigmatising a homosexual is a wrong, rather it's simply a reminder of our Melenasian values and norms, our roots. If we allow this in our society, it will lead to same sex marriage.
PNG has no place for gays and lesbians or the so called LGBTs.
#NoSameSexMarriageInPNG
#ForABetterPNG
WANTOKS: We all Melanesians know that half-male and half-female comes from Blood Mixing. Those parents married to very related or one-line blood, that is why this happens. This is the reason our Melanesian culture teaches us moiety system, where clans are paired, and marriage inside the same clan groups are not allowed. What happened today? We have wiped out our clan names, and started using our biological father's name, finally by identity we already become half-male, half-female, because look around, those girls born from the father Joseph, now become Catharine Joseph, for example. We are confusing ourselves, by blood and by identity.
Let us fix it, fix the Nakamal/ Haus Tambaran/ Nasara/ Kunu/ Haus Man, then this very house will fix the rest.

The World is Digitalized: PNG Still Operates on Duplicate, Triplicate, Quadruplicate, etc.
Imcompetent Department Headers are the reason behind this. They are living today but their brains are still in 1975.
For people like me, how can I do quardruplicates for the hundreds of CVs that I have from Job Seekers. The job seekers are tax payers, their tax makes you salary and allowances. Try consider the cost before publishing vacansies with your funny looking signatures.
An email address would do, then you can forward to the treee or never ending numbers of emails that you may wish to.

BSP Mobile Banking is NOT the Same as BSP Internet Banking
I went to fix my Internet Banking on 7 June 2022. As I explained in my other note in this blog, I have managed to register for Internet Banking. Then the bank rang me up and gave me the credentials for me to log into the Internet.
And Yes, I did log into the Internet Banking.
However, I got it wrong when 3 times I mistyped "0" (zero) instead of "O" letter O in capital letter. That caused my Internet Banking Password was blocked.
I told the banker at BSP POM Branch, or the BSP Main Office, biggest office building, first BSP Building in town. Then I was given a different form to fill in. She said, I need to fill it out and submit it again in order to get the Password.
I read manuals already, particularly online, before going to the bank. I knew that to re-set my Internet Banking Password I needed to bring my Kundu Card to the ATM machine and ring phone: 7031212 while standing at the ATM Machine. However, this lady at the bank gave me the form and asked me to fill it out.
My reading was correct. In fact I was given a form to request mobile banking. Therefore, instead of "Reset my pin/ password" option in the purpose of application, I selected "New Application". Then I moved to the Mobile Banking section, and submitted the form.
(Please bear in mind, I have not yet re-set my Internet Banking so far to this point of writing this note.)
Then I got a new Mobile Banking System that I am using right now. It is operational.
This Mobile Banking is commonly called particularly in Asian countries as SMS Banking (Short Message System Banking), where the banking system utilizes short messaging system. When they call Mobile Banking, they mean banking using Mobile Application or Mobile App Banking. I was really confused with the terminology, but I know now that what BSP Bank means by Mobile Banking is actually the SMS Banking system.
I am happy that I am using my BSP Mobile Banking. I am looking forward to fix my BSP Internet Banking.

Why My Kundu Kad and Visa Debit Card of BSP Do not Show my Account Balance?
I am following up my story yesterday, regarding Visa Debit Card and Banking System.
I want to a little bit correct my previous statement, that yes, BSP is doing so many changes, and I must admit, BSP is the biggest bank in the South Pacific and has done a lot of modernisation processes within the system. However, things that I am saying here are just to improve what have been achieved so far.
I did have a different perspective on BSP before I physically saw the administration system. I stated out of my surprise, because our people accept whatever BSP is doing without really looking into the things and look around the world, and realize that what we have here in PNG, even the most advanced technologies and systems here, are far 10 years minimum, and 20 years maxim, even behind what we find in Jayapura, the capital of Papua Province, on the other side of this Island of New Guinea.
I have come here again today, I was the first customer to be served, because I started lining up at the BSP Port Moresby Branch at downtown since 08:00AM. At 09:00AM, the security at the bank started opening the door and allowed us enter the bank. Then I sat, and the first one to be served.
I was convinced that my bank account has a problem, because I used my Kundu Kard and my Visa Debit card correctly with my PIN, but my account never displayed balance on the account.
The staff, a young boy, stood and overheard what I was explaining to my daughter (I mean the BSP worker just looked like my own daughter back home). She did not understand very well, but that boy, a young BSP employee said to me, "Your problem is card problem, so let me bring the card machine!" Then he went in and pick up one EFTPOS machine.
He took my Visa Card and checked. He said, the card is OK, it is working well.
Then he asked me to enter my PIN, then I entered. Then he said, "See, your balance is still there!"
Then he said,
"You are pressing "SAVINGS" when it asked you to press at the machine, many people have done this so, please try again.
Then I tried, choosing "CHEQUE Account" instead of "SAVINGS" account as I have normally been doing with my Kina Bank Accounts. Then I successfully accessed the balance.
So,
So, the problem was my ignorance, that, normally, automatically, when someone opens a bank account at BSP Bank all over in Papua New Guinea, then BSP opens a CHEQUE Account, not a Savings one. Therefore, please, all of you in this planet earth, be aware when you open a Bank Account in Papua New Guinea at BSP Branch, be sure that you select "CHEQUE Account" when accessing the account.
Thank you. God bless!

Very Interesting: Bank of South Pacific Is Still Using Last Century's Administrative System
I am not impolite to honestly and openly state that Bank of South Pacific Administrative System is still using last century's administrative system. One simple example can be seen at the Card (Kundu Card or Debit Visa Card) Issuing section, where, all cards are being enveloped, separated and kept in filing cabinet. So, when a BSP worker wants to deliver to a customer who came to collect Debit Visa Card, then the staff has to dig into the filling cabinet, one by one, finding the card that are already kept in envelopes.
It is not completely bad, but I am happy to see that the bank is not computerizing all activities. However, I can see a lot of things still being done OFFLINE and manually. Particularly customers details are being kept locally in each branch. No wander, some weeks before, I asked my son to get to BSP Bank to send money to a different bank account, but he was told that he should go to the branch where he opened the bank account because the other bank does not have the sample signature/ template signature that he had signed when opening the bank account. It means that when someone opens a bank account, a BSP bank account in Papua New Guinea, in vision City, then they ID card photos cannot be accessed in other branch building at all. That is very limiting, and surely frustrating.
It is limiting because every time I have to get to the branch office where I opened my bank account to do transfers, yes particularly transfers.
It is frustrating because we are right now in post postmodern era, in the 21st century. We are not in post modern. We are passed modern era. However, the banking system is still some 30 years behind? How come?
Oh Yes, I have done the same thing with Kina Bank Vision City Brach and Waigani Branch cannot load photos or IDs uploaded in each branch. Luckily, I have accounts in both branches, therefore, when I deal with one in Vision City Account at Waigani Branch, then they will check my signature and IDs uploaded at their branch. However, to do transfer still should be done in the respective branch. This is also frustrating.
Anyway, I waited for more than 20 minutes, just in searching the debit visa card. After finding it, I did not achieve what I wanted to achieve. I must go to different counter to fix my Internet Banking PIN, which I then withdrew myself because I need to line up for 3-5 hours again to get to the counter. I was then given a Mobile Banking Form, not Internet Banking Form. Actually I wanted to fix my Internet Banking PIN, therefore, I did not use this form, I just exited.
I also wanted to create my BSP Pay account/ pin, however, they told me that I have to finalize my Internet Banking, which I could not do due to the time limit.
I am going tomorrow morning, 9 June 2022, as early as 8:00 AM I will be standing at the entrance gate at the BSP POM Branch, downtown, or the first every BSP Office in the whole world, to follow up my case.
I pray now, right now is already 12:39 AM, that God will give me wisdom and patience to face all these, and win the battle, finally will get my account fixed, my Internet Banking running and my BSP Pay accoun tset.

INSTANT, Yes... AGAIN.... INTSTANT Issuing of Visa Card at Kina Bank, Vision City Branch
I have stated my frustration and complain against very late issuing of my Visa Card at Kina Bank Waigani Branch, Port Moresby Papua New Guinea. I said there that I telephoned and even IN boxed them on Facebook Messenger, and they expressed their regret and promised to fix it, but on all occasions they failed.
- It took me almost 1 year waiting for my visa card, which was then stolen a few months later on 1 December 2021.
- I has taken me almost 2 years now, after I submitted my Application Forms for issuing two Fixed Deposits that I already deposited some years back.
But there is a good news. That is the title of this note.
The good news is that Kina Bank, particularly Kina Bank Vision City Branch is the fastest bank in delivering services in all Papua New Guinea:
- The fastest in organising customers coming in
- The fastest in serving the Deposit/ Witdrawal section
- The fastest in issuing Visa Debit Card, and once more
- The fastest in opening Kina Bank SME Business Accouunt
AND
So...

I am waiting for the time PNG Declares West Papua as Her Ancestral Land
I am, and I know all communities of beings in this isle of New Guinea, are waiting for the time PNG Declares West Papua as Her Ancestral Land. The reason is simple: this land and island belongs to Melanesians, and not Malays.
The second reason is that God created Melanesians to live in New Guinea Island and not the Malays. It is not God's will that Indonesians are occupying West Papua, the half of all Melanesians home of origin.
The third reason is that there is nobody in the whole planet every invited and accepted, legalized and approved Indonesian occupation over West Papua. The United Nations ONLY "Took Note" of the outcome of the Act of Free Choice in 1969 in West Irian. The United Nations knew very well right from the beginning that Indonesia violated all arrangements made in the New York Agreement 1962.
The last reason is that many Melanesians, many New Guinean Islanders, who share the same ancestors, homeland and race with Papua New Guinea, Solomon Islands, Fiji, Vanuatu and Kanaky are right now being killed. More than 500,000 Melanesians in West Papua have been killed so far, mostly women and children. Many are displaced and took refugee in Papua New Guinea, in Manus, in Kiunga, in Vanimo, in Port Moresby, in Madang and in Lae.
We Melanesians are all originated from New Guinea Island. We started inhabiting Melanesian archipelago starting from West Papua. Our place of origin is right now being occupied. Our brothers and sisters are being wiped out from our ancestral land called New Guinea Island, in the western part of New Guinea.
Papua New Guinea is morally, spiritually, socially, culturally obliged and therefore responsible to declare West Papua as part of her own land, her own country, her own inheritance. Papua New Guinea is also politically and legally responsible to revoke the undemocratic and illegal occupation of West Papua by illegal colonialists who have come to steal, rob, kill and wipe out Melanesians from our ancestral land, which in some hundred years time, will also wipe out all PNG and her populations, which in hundreds of years time, will wipe out all Melanesians.

Kotokay Responds: PNG is Totally Free Market Country
Johnnie T Esanko
Approximately 90% of businesses are foreign - owned so the profits are remitted offshore. Also a sizable portion of the workforce is made up foreigners who paid higher than locals, and they remit their income to their home countries. This is the one of the reasons the Kina is weak against the US Dollar and now we're experiencing rise in the price of goods and services ( Inflation).
Respond:
Modern nation-states were established by colonial masters to keep us stay as slaves, not to become masters like them. We think we have independent country, therefore we have the right to be like foreigners. That is wrong! That was not the intention of setting up modern nation-states.

Gary Juffa's Statement on Facebook
Wewo Kotokay's Reseponse
Dear Mr. Gary Juffa, I Pray that Hon. Juffa will be as strong and as openly as Gov. Powes Parkop asks the concerned ministers in Papua New Guinea parliament and express this concern you are putting on Facebook into right place, to the right persons, in order to get the right response.Others' Responses
29th September 1962, the UN Secretary General U Thant had made a private deal with Pakistan in May 1962 to supply the UN force that would occupy West New Guinea. In April 1962 the Secretary General got legal advice advising that irrespective what he & Indonesia wanted to call it, would be an exercise of article 81 (Trusteeship) of the Charter of the United Nations and therefore he needed General Assembly (article 85) authorisation of the proposed UN actions in the 'Bunker plan' a.k.a. 'New York Agreement'

Good morning thank you for your kind response.
Yes I opened my fixed deposit at Waigani branch. Opened it on-line so it went to Waigani branch (not Waigani drive ezlx anz bank but ex myBank office)
I have two issues that never been resolved in the past 8 months (since February 2021)
1. My fixed deposit account, there are two accounts with my name, first one is k.... and second one is k.....
........ is the person I submitted all the forms I filled out to. I went 3 times. And two times they asked me to wait then never came back, after 2 or 3 hours waiting. The last one the reason was Mrs Etna has moved to the other branch
2. My visa card I ordered with Reuben at the same Office. This was about 19 February 2021. This one never finalized to thai date..over and over I am told.come back again
We should not be ordered to.come back when there is no clear counter for cards collection. Individual staff should handle and submit to one counter for cards collection so we do not need to chase those individuals. This create potential opportunity for bribery.
This applies the same issue with my form submission for fixed depositals. They should not come back to me and say that ...... has moved. That is not my issue. my issue is I trusted my money with you and I need the certificate of the deposits. All banks the world will provide this within days only. Visa cards can be issued within weeks not months if not days.
I screen shot my savings and fixed accounts here. Please do help me follow this up.
Thank you very much indeed. And the God that I believe and serve for will bless you accordingly!
Wewo Kotokay

I am sorry to say that the best way is submit the case to police for investigation as it is also related to a trading a store here which gave out my PIN. Then the thief used it to withdraw my money. how come a trading store can find out my PIN number? K5,000 was stolen and bank cannot do anything with that store? To find out what really happened when the thief was doing transaction. That transaction was k1,000 then cash withdrawal some hours after that at kina Bank ATM two times, with k2,000 each withdrawal

I want to see this ...... trading store is related to the thief and how it relates to my previous cases of hacking into my on-line banking account that costed me more than that, which was also an Indian man. In that case according to Google report he lives in Madras India but kina Bank did not give clear explanation on what really happened other than blaming me for doing on-line transactions. Bank should know at least how the person hacked into my bank account. But I just left it like that. And now this is a second time they actually came into my house, stole my wallet with my visa debit card and used it. Indian identities in these to incidents may or may not be related but the main issue is Kina Bank stays in the position of blaming me for not careful with my card or my login ID, which I automatically know all about this long time in my life. I am not new with banks and how I should keep or deal with PIN number and login ID and password.
