Teach Six Healing Sounds for Healing the Heart and Soul of a Person

Just about everybody in the modern world has to deal with some sort of stress. Health professionals have placed stress as an underlying factor in a wide range of diseases.

The Taoist way of dealing with stress is to perform the Six Healing Sounds. The Six Healing Sounds are so simple and easy to perform that they seem almost too good to be true. I have found the Six Healing Sounds to be the most valuable technique of all the many spiritual practices I ve learned so far.

A lot of techniques require months and years of practice before any noticeable results occur. Thankfully, that s not the case with the Six Healing Sounds. They work first time, every time.

Breath of Bliss Practices (Indoor Activities)

According to my teacher, Chistabel Zamor,

Tao Healing Self-Massaged

Tao healing self-massage, also known as Chi Self-Massage, is a practice that uses Taoist techniques to manipulate internal energy, or Chi, to rejuvenate the body:

Goal
To strengthen the senses, internal organs, and nervous system, and to relieve stress and negative emotions

Techniques
Involves massaging different areas of the body, including the hands, fingers, head, face, ears, mouth, neck, and shoulders

Benefits
Can help with detoxifying the internal organs and glands, improving complexion, teeth, and gums, and relieving constipation

History
Taoist techniques are over 5,000 years old and were once closely guarded secrets

Author
Mantak Chia, a student of several Taoist masters, wrote Chi Self-Massage: The Taoist Way of Rejuvenation

Chia's book includes illustrations and instructions for each technique, and is organized into seven parts. The book explains the energetic theory behind Chi Self-Massage and how negative emotions affect the body.
